ABOUT ME
Hello! I am Sayaka, I come from Japan.
I grew up surrounded by the lush vegetation of a small Island washed by the warm sea of south Japan and since then the contact with Nature and healing has been an important part of my life.
Moved by my passion to meet new people and culture I traveled the world and lived in many countries, but I still rely on the power of nature and traditional wisdom to heal my heart and to find my balance in this modern world. The passion for nature brought me to study herbs and aromatherapy, Thai-massage and Reiki with the goal to share with everybody the power of these natural remedies.
After studying Reiki, Natural Herbs and Aromatherapy in Japan the destiny brought me to study massage in Berlin at the ITM School Berlin, accredited by the Thai Ministry of Education.
I am always working and studying to acquire further experience and deepened my knowledge of traditional approaches to healing and wellbeing.

THAI YOGA
MASSAGE
The traditional Thai massage is considered one of the most effective and relaxing massage technique. Also known as "two-person yoga", it is a slow body care that combines shiatsu, manipulative yoga and muscle stretching.
Thai yoga massage is different from other forms of massage because both masseur and client are constantly moving. In the "Nuad Phaen Boran" (Thai for "ancient healing touch"), the human is brought into yoga-like positions dynamically and powerfully. and stretched under the body weight of the therapist. Combined, these techniques release muscular tension, alleviate pain, and open the joints of the body to improve balance and range of motion. Receiving Thai massage creates a deep sense of relaxation and restoration.

ANCIENT ORIGIN
Thai massage has its roots in Buddhism and began its evolution about 2,500 years ago. Even today, many prominent Thai schools are located in “Wats” or temples such as Wat Pho in Bangkok. Trough this connection, traditional Thai massage draws on many influences in the Buddhist world from Ayurveda to Traditional Chinese Medicine. It focuses on activating and circulating vital energy in the body through pathways known as “Sen” lines, which are similar to meridians in acupuncture. These pathways are targeted, manipulated, and stimulated to break up blockages and restore the flow of energy to a harmonious and natural balance.
